Saudi Manpower Solutions Co. (SMASCO) is seeking qualified and experienced Day Care Nannies for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will help provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while supporting their personal care, daily activities, meals, hygiene, and learning needs.

Day Care Nanny

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in childcare, daycare, nanny services, teaching assistance, or a related field.
• Experience caring for and supervising children in a structured daycare or educational environment is an advantage.
• Experience working with children who have different learning, social, and psychological needs.
• Ability to establish positive and effective working relationships with children and colleagues.
• Patient, caring, responsible, attentive, and child-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Ability to assist children with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities.
• Able to prepare and organize materials and equipment for children’s activities.
• Strong awareness of child safety and supervision requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of performing childcare and supervision duties.
• Responsible and dependable with the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a safe, clean, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety both indoors and outdoors.
• Assist children with personal care needs, including changing clothes and diapers.
• Help children maintain proper personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Prepare and organize children’s meals, snacks, and feeding areas.
• Assist children during mealtimes and monitor their dietary needs when required.
• Prepare materials, toys, equipment, and supplies for daycare activities.
• Assist with educational, recreational, social, and developmental activities.
• Encourage positive interaction and appropriate behavior among children.
• Provide individual attention and support based on each child’s needs.
• Assist children who have different learning, social, and psychological needs.
• Observe children’s behavior and development and communicate relevant concerns to supervisors or appropriate staff.
• Maintain an organized and child-friendly activity environment.
• Build positive and effective working relationships with children, parents, teachers, and other daycare staff.
• Follow daycare policies, procedures, health guidelines, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of children’s areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Use Microsoft and Google tools for basic documentation, communication, or administrative tasks when required.
• Report accidents, incidents, safety concerns, or other issues promptly.
• Perform other childcare and daycare-related duties assigned by management.
