Customer Service Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service or a customer-facing role.
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food & Beverage Preparation, Service Management, or a related field.
    Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive, and helpful approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are consistently met, including manual handling requirements.
  • Actively promote NAAFI and sales activity, offering advice to customers and responding to feedback to increase sales and enhance brand image.
  • Accept and process payments for goods and food using various methods.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks according to Food Safety and HACCP requirements.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring compliance with legislation and NAAFI quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety of the premises; complete cleaning rotas and schedules.
  • Assist colleagues in completing daily, weekly, and monthly outlet tasks as directed by schedules and line managers.
  • Undertake driving duties as required.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested to support business operations and service delivery.
