Crane Operator – 100T

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Crane Operator (100T or similar heavy crane capacity).
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Must be skilled in interpreting lifting plans, load charts, and rigging procedures.
• Knowledge of crane safety standards, inspection procedures, and preventive maintenance.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), licenses, or project records.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate 100-ton mobile crane safely and efficiently for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.
• Perform lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans, load charts, and site safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure crane components, controls, and safety devices are in proper working condition.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors using standard hand signals and communication protocols.
• Accurately assess load weights, rigging requirements, and crane capacity before each lift.
• Ensure proper setup, stabilization, and leveling of crane before lifting operations.
• Follow all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Monitor weather and site conditions to ensure safe lifting operations.
• Maintain daily operational logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor or maintenance team.
