Saudi Arabian Kentz Co. Ltd is seeking experienced and skilled CP Drilling Rig Operators (Oil and Gas Field Machine Operator) for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CP drilling rigs for soil investigation, borehole drilling, and geotechnical support activities within oil & gas, refinery, and industrial project sites.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Candidates must be at least High School graduates.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a drilling rig operator or heavy equipment operator.
• Experience in oil & gas, refineries, energy, or utilities industries is a strong advantage.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must possess valid proof of experience such as COE, employment certificates, project records, or related documents.
• Strong knowledge of CP drilling rig operations, soil investigation, and borehole drilling procedures.
• Experience handling winches, drilling tools, temporary casings, and rig setup operations.
• Familiarity with soil sampling and Standard Penetration Test (SPT) procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
• Physically fit and ready for deployment requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport, unload, position, and set up CP tripod drilling rigs and temporary casings on project sites.
• Ensure proper rig leveling, positioning, and ground stability before drilling operations begin.
• Operate winches and drilling tools such as clay cutters, bailers, and chisels for borehole excavation activities.
• Conduct drilling operations through various soil conditions including cohesive and granular materials.
• Retrieve disturbed and undisturbed soil samples according to project and engineering requirements.
• Assist engineering and geotechnical teams during Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) and soil bearing capacity evaluations.
• Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation inspections of rigs, winches, cables, and drilling tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of drilling equipment.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, drilling procedures, and environmental standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate drilling logs, inspection records, sampling documentation, and operational reports.
