Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Cook or in a related food preparation role.
• Familiarity with food contamination prevention and HACCP standards is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position
• Must have a valid passport with at least two (2) years and six (6) months validity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, cleanliness, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu standards and recipes.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and food contamination prevention standards.
• Wash, peel, cut, and dice vegetables and fruits for meal preparation.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before serving.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory monitoring and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
