CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in concrete pumping and readymix operations.
• Concrete pump and readymix background is mandatory.
• No formal educational requirement; practical experience is essential.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise teams, maintain safety, and manage equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and monitor the setup, operation, and cleaning of concrete pumps, including boom pumps, line pumps, and high-pressure trailer pumps.
• Assess job sites for hazards and ensure proper positioning and stability of heavy equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with construction safety standards.
• Perform or supervise routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of concrete pumps to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with site staff and equipment operators to ensure timely and efficient completion of concrete operations.
• Enforce safety procedures and operational best practices across all site activities.
