COMMIS I (BAKER AND PASTRY)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • Experience abroad is an advantage.
  • Must have experience in baking dessert for ala carte operations
  • Knowledge of food cost Aware of food safety and Hyenine Handling a team and section independently

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
