Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in seafood preparation or pastry/bakery.Knowledge of basic kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with proper food handling, ingredient preparation, and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established kitchen procedures.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and able to work well with other kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs and kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
• Assist in seafood preparation or pastry and bakery production, depending on the assigned section.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and food preparation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen station.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients and supplies.
• Observe food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Perform other related kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
