Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced CNC Wood Operator to manage, operate, and maintain CNC machinery in timber manufacturing. The role involves programming, setup, and production tasks to ensure high-quality wood products.
CNC Wood Operator (Carpenter)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the timber manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, particularly SCM machines.
- Proficient in programming, setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC wood machinery.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery, particularly SCM machines, for timber processing and manufacturing.
- Program, set up, and adjust machines according to production specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.
- Record and report production data and machine performance issues.
