Manpower Resources of Asia is currently seeking highly skilled CNC Miller Operators for its accredited client, Job Talent, in Belgium. The successful candidate will perform CNC milling operations, programming, setup, and machining of precision industrial components in advanced manufacturing environments.

CNC Miller Operator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial machining within any of the following industries:
    • Chemical
    • Automotive
    • Pharmaceutical
    • Nuclear
    • Electronics
  • Capable of independently programming and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain 426 Control.
  • Experienced in machining custom-made parts and handling small production series of up to 100 units.
    Able to perform daily programming for multiple and varied components.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Hypermill or TopSolid is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Skilled in operating the following machines:
    • 3-Axis MAS MCV 1000
    • 4-Axis Hermle UWF 1202 H
    • 4-Axis TOS FS80
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Vocational graduate or diploma holder in:
    • CNC Machining
    • Machining Technology
    • Mechanical Technology
    • Industrial Technology
    • Or related technical courses
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines for precision machining operations.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining instructions accurately.
  • Manufacture custom-made components and small production batches according to required tolerances and quality standards.
  • Perform daily CNC programming and machine setup for varied and complex parts.
  • Operate and monitor 3-axis and 4-axis milling machines efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct tooling adjustments, calibration, and process optimization to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain CNC machines, tools, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures, operational standards, and production schedules at all times.
