Polyax Alkatrészgyártó Kft. is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation of CNC machines. The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and repair faulty components to minimize production downtime.

CNC Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience specifically in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to equipment upkeep.
• Familiarity with various types of CNC machines and tooling.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance protocols in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to reduce production downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines following manufacturer instructions.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and tool equipment.
• Install, adjust, and test machine components to ensure proper operation.
• Use machine tool manuals and technical documentation to diagnose issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, controllers, bearings, and gears.
• Conduct general facilities maintenance and administration as needed.
• Ensure CNC machinery operates efficiently to support uninterrupted production.
