Polyax Alkatrészgyártó Kft. is seeking an experienced CNC Centerless Grinding Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor centerless grinding machines. The ideal candidate will manufacture high-quality metal workpieces according to technical drawings, maintain precise tolerances, and ensure smooth production processes.

CNC Centerless Grinding Machine Operator (Manual)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC centerless grinding operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience specifically in centerless grinding machine operation.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining production quality.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under production deadlines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate centerless grinding machines to produce metal workpieces with precise dimensions and surface finish.
• Read, interpret, and manufacture products according to technical drawings.
• Produce workpieces continuously while maintaining high quality and quantity standards.
• Perform engineering handovers and takeovers as required.
• Conduct quality control on final workpieces to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle documentation and reporting of the manufacturing process.
• Monitor grinding processes, perform routine maintenance, and adhere to safety regulations.
