Clinical Instructor

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
• Significant clinical experience in relevant healthcare areas (ICU, Med-Surg, LTC, ER, etc.).
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide learners effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to nursing students and junior staff.
• Demonstrate and teach evidence-based nursing practices in ICU, Med-Surg, LTC, ER, or other relevant units.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and hospital departments to coordinate clinical training programs.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, clinical objectives, and learning activities.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical nursing practices.
• Support professional development initiatives for nursing staff.
