Trends Beauty International is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations and provide strong financial direction to support business growth and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, compliance, and financial risk management while providing sound financial advice to senior management.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior management or financial leadership role.
• Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or equivalent senior position.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and cost control.
• Extensive experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, management reports, and financial projections.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, audit requirements, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide sound financial advice and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and professional judgment.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information and sensitive business matters.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead finance teams and work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and overall financial performance.
• Establish and maintain effective cost-control measures and financial management systems.
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and monitor performance against approved budgets.
• Develop financial forecasts and assess the company’s financial position and future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles, taxation requirements, audit standards, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor financial risks and develop appropriate strategies to minimize potential exposure.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial records.
• Monitor financial performance across business operations and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with senior management and other departments on financial and operational matters.
• Ensure effective financial governance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting personnel.
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, and other strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Perform other financial and management duties as assigned by the company.
