Chief de Partie – Bakery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chief de Partie, Baker, or in a related bakery and pastry role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production, baking techniques, and pastry preparation.
- Experience in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked products.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen and bakery environments.
- Good leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
- Experience working in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or large-scale bakery operations is an advantage.
- Experience working abroad is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce high-quality bakery and pastry products according to company standards.
- Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth workflow within the section.
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Assist in menu development, recipe preparation, and product innovation.
- Supervise and support junior bakery staff when necessary.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory management of bakery ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of bakery workstations and equipment.
- Follow company food safety regulations and operational procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure timely production and service requirements.
