We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join a professional kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international cuisine and be capable of managing kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and supervising culinary staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome
• Minimum of 3 years solid professional kitchen experience
• Proficient in Western, European, and International cuisines
• Skilled in both hot and cold kitchen preparation
• Experience in à la carte service and/or buffet setups
• Background in casual dining, semi-fine dining, fine dining, or hotel kitchens preferred
• College degree in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage but not required
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new dishes while maintaining quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and control food and labor costs
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Arrange equipment purchases, maintenance, and repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods
