Chef De Partie
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years experience
- Experience abroad is an advantage.
- With at least 2 years valid passport
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes such as biryani, karahi, nihari, kebabs, and regional specialties.
- Operate specialized equipment liketandoor ovens and handi pots.
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared according to recipes and service requirements.
- Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and presentation across all dishes.
- Monitor section inventory, portion control, and assist with ordering ingredients.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Pakistani culinary techniques.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new Pakistani-inspired menu items.
