Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie specializing in European/Western Cuisine to join a professional hotel or resort kitchen in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining food safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a resort or hotel is required.
- Specialization in European/Western Cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar culinary position.
- Good knowledge of professional food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage an assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hotel or resort kitchen.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Must be 49 years old or below.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook European and Western cuisine according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of an assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items as required.
- Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented consistently according to hotel or resort standards.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and other kitchen sections during food preparation and service.
- Monitor portion sizes, food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain adequate stock of ingredients within the assigned section.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
- Assist in minimizing food waste and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff when required.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Report equipment problems, stock shortages, and food quality issues to the Sous Chef or Chef in charge.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by senior culinary management.
