Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in butler, private household, luxury hospitality, guest relations, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of formal dining and high-end table service.
- Experience in household staff supervision, inventory management, and estate coordination is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, discreet, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to provide personalized service and work effectively in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of a private household, estate, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Provide personalized, discreet, and professional service to employers, VIP guests, and family members.
- Oversee household staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and coordinate daily activities.
- Coordinate estate maintenance schedules and communicate with maintenance personnel and service providers.
- Monitor and manage household inventory, supplies, and essential provisions.
- Organize formal table service, private dining, and special events according to established service standards.
- Manage and maintain wine cellars, including proper organization and inventory control.
- Coordinate closely with chefs and kitchen staff regarding menus, meals, special requests, and private functions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, confidentiality, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle additional household and hospitality responsibilities as assigned by the employer.
