Samsung Food Co. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in slaughtering and processing meat from swine and large animals, ensuring high-quality production standards and compliance with food safety regulations.

BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a butcher in similar positions.
• Must possess TESDA NC II certification in:
  • Slaughtering Operations (Swine)
  • Slaughtering Operations (Large Animals)
• Knowledge of meat processing, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform slaughtering operations for swine and large animals following TESDA-approved procedures.
• Process, cut, and prepare meat products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the slaughtering and processing areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Document work processes and report issues or inconsistencies to supervisors.
