Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Bulldozer Operators to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating bulldozers safely and efficiently to perform earthmoving, grading, excavation support, and site preparation activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

BULLDOZER OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience operating bulldozers in construction, industrial, or oil and gas environments.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, site safety procedures, and basic equipment care.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction site conditions.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate bulldozers for earthmoving, grading, leveling, excavation support, and land preparation activities.
• Perform site development works for oil and gas construction projects.
• Push, spread, and level soil, sand, gravel, and other construction materials.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned heavy equipment.
• Follow project specifications, work instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic operator-level maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site personnel to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain awareness of site conditions, workers, and other equipment to prevent accidents.
• Perform other bulldozer operation duties as assigned by the employer.
