Job Vacancy: BUILDING / UTILITY INSPECTORS

BUILDING / UTILITY INSPECTORS

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Engineering or Two (2) Years degree in Engineering and Construction Technology or closely related filed acceptable by User Organization.
• Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Five Years’ experience from the date of qualifications in building construction and maintenance
• Including three (3) years’ experience in construction and maintenance inspection activities, with related estimating and preparation of scope of work experience

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss design ideas.
• Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
• Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
