Mosel Vitelic Inc. is seeking qualified Blue Collar Engineers for an overseas work opportunity in Taiwan. This position is open to both male and female applicants and may be suitable for fresh graduates or candidates without prior work experience.

BLUE COLLAR ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.
• With or without work experience.
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical procedures.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily manufacturing, production, and engineering operations.
• Assist engineers and technical teams with assigned production and technical tasks.
• Operate, monitor, or assist with machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Perform basic inspection and troubleshooting of equipment or production processes.
• Assist with maintenance and preventive maintenance activities when required.
• Follow technical instructions, work procedures, and production specifications.
• Monitor production processes and report abnormalities or equipment issues.
• Assist in maintaining product quality and meeting production requirements.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete required production, inspection, or maintenance records.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, engineers, and other production personnel.
• Perform other duties related to engineering and manufacturing operations as assigned.
