One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel is seeking professional and customer-focused Bellmen to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience. The successful candidate will assist guests with luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in:
  • Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management
  • Hospitality/Tourism Management
  • Related fields
  • Male applicants are preferred.
• Knowledgeable in guest service standards, luggage handling, and hotel operations.
• Ability to assist guests with baggage, room escorting, and providing information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
• Well-groomed, courteous, professional, and service-oriented.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling guests’ luggage safely.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about room features, hotel facilities, and available services.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and nearby points of interest.
• Assist guests with luggage storage, delivery requests, and transportation arrangements when required.
• Ensure baggage is handled safely, efficiently, and with care.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver courteous, attentive, and personalized service at all times.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
