COMPANY NURSE

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a holder of a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Examination).
• Must have experience working as a Company Nurse, Clinic Nurse, or Hospital Nurse.
• Must have strong skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, treatment procedures, and medical documentation.
• Must have good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Must be responsible, compassionate, and capable of working independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments and monitor patients’ or employees’ vital signs and overall health conditions.
• Administer medications and perform appropriate nursing treatments in accordance with established healthcare procedures.
• Monitor and manage patient or employee health conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive care, healthy lifestyles, and health maintenance.
• Provide health guidance and promote practices that support improved health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records and nursing documentation.
• Track treatment progress and document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure nursing activities and documentation comply with applicable healthcare regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Provide appropriate first aid and nursing assistance in response to workplace or medical emergencies.
