Barista/Service Crew

Qualifications:

• Experience as a barista or service crew in a café or restaurant is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service practices is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments when required.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, dining area, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in stocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and materials.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
