Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must be skilled in espresso-based beverage preparation.
• Experience in fast-paced café or restaurant environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Open for Muslim applicants only.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and passion for coffee preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
• Perform espresso extraction with proper timing, temperature, and grind settings to ensure consistency and quality.
• Create latte art (e.g., heart, rosetta, tulip) to enhance beverage presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate orders and operate the POS (cash register) system efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
