Bar–Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar or Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and staff scheduling.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue.
