Catrion Catering Holding Company is seeking qualified and experienced Bakery Commis for a major international aviation catering project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support bakery production operations by preparing high-quality bakery products while ensuring compliance with Saudia Catering standards, customer specifications, food safety requirements, and company procedures.
BAKERY – COMMIS
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Bakery Commis or similar role.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in in-flight catering, five-star hotels, or cruise lines is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of bakery production methods, food safety practices, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment and meet production deadlines.
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to work shifts as required.
- Available for immediate processing and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items according to approved recipes, standards, and customer requirements.
- Ensure all bakery products meet quality, presentation, and consistency standards.
- Support production activities for airline catering, company restaurants, and outside party catering operations.
- Follow established bakery manuals, procedures, and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the bakery production area.
- Monitor ingredients, equipment, and production processes to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist senior bakery staff with daily production requirements.
- Ensure products are prepared according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
