Assistant Executive Warehouse
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, distribution, or a related field.
- Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in a relevant field.
- Experience in a manufacturing, packaging, food, or industrial warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computerized inventory systems.
- Knowledge of receiving, storage, stock control, inventory reconciliation, picking, and dispatch procedures.
- Understanding of FIFO inventory management principles.
- Ability to conduct physical inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation, inventory reports, and material movement records.
- Knowledge of ISO, IMS, GMP, and BRC requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to properly handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with safety procedures.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and warehouse records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and other departments.
- Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse-related duties.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations, including storage, material flow, handling, and space utilization.
- Execute the receiving, storage, picking, issuance, and dispatch of finished goods in accordance with established company procedures.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials and finished products for quantity, condition, identification, and documentation accuracy.
- Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to identify and resolve differences.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and segregation of finished products.
- Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle to inventory storage and issuance where applicable.
- Ensure warehouse locations are properly organized and products are stored in designated areas.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory reports, stock movement reports, receiving documents, issuance records, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments to ensure timely availability, transfer, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor material flow and identify potential delays, shortages, damaged products, or storage issues.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and segregation of hazardous materials in accordance with company safety procedures.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure aisles, access routes, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment remain clear and accessible.
- Ensure proper handling of warehouse equipment, tools, and material-handling equipment.
- Report damaged goods, non-conforming materials, expired or compromised products, and inventory discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions related to warehouse discrepancies and non-conformities.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO, Integrated
- Management System (IMS), GMP, and BRC requirements.
- Assist in preparing the warehouse and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inventory and material movements.
- Participate in warehouse process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in improving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, storage utilization, and material flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety requirements, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other warehouse, inventory, and logistics-related duties as assigned.
