ASNT NDT LEVEL II RTFI

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs experience in Pipe Mill or Similar Industry in NDT Field
• Must hold a valid or previous ARAMCO ASNT Level II certification in Radiography Testing with a specific qualification in Film Interpretation
• Thorough understanding of radiographic principles, radiation safety, film processing, and defect interpretation
• Experience in performing radiographic inspections on various materials and applications in pipe mill or similar industry
• High level of precision and ability to accurately identify and interpret subtle defects on radiographs
• Clear ability to document findings, communicate inspection results to stakeholders, and collaborate with other technicians and engineers

Responsibilities:

• Performing radiographic Testing (RT)method, with a specific qualification in Film interpretation to identify defects in materials, while requiring a high level of attention to details and technical expertise in the field of non destructive testing
• Analyzing developed radiographic films to identify and interpret defects based on their size, location, and characteristic
• Setting up and calibrating radiographic equipment, including radiation sources, film cassettes, and exposure devices
• Accurately recording inspection data, findings, and creating detailed reports outlining detected defects and their severity
• Ensuring compliance with relevant NDT standards, procedures, and quality control protocols
