Tropicx Design Studio is hiring an Architect responsible for designing, planning, and developing architectural projects. The role involves creating detailed drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and client requirements.

ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Design or related field.
• Proficient in CAD software; experience in Revit is highly preferred.
• Proficient in graphics software; Photoshop experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BCA/Australian Standards is a plus.
• Strong design, visualization, and technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, plans, and project concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using CAD and Revit software.
• Create visual presentations using graphic tools such as Photoshop.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
