Aircon Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Work experience in the middle-east is a plus
• Should know how to do total reprocessing of package type AHU and DX type split-type AC
• Has good attitude, energetic, well-fit, reliable, and can do the technical work alone if really needed.
• Knows how to drive with valid driver’s license for 4-wheel vehicle
• Must know the BASIC of building maintenance like carpentry, and plumbing

Responsibilities:

• Install new AC systems (split, central, window, or packaged units)
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, compressors, fans, thermostats, and electrical components
• Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting coils
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Test system functionality and efficiency using gauges, meters, and sensors
• Replace defective parts such as motors, relays, belts, and control boards
• Handle refrigerant safely in compliance with EPA and safety regulations
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Provide service reports and maintenance logs to clients or supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and HVAC regulations
