ADMIN CLERK
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- 4 Year Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Finance / Accounting / Commerce/Arts.
- 7 years Proven experiences as executive Administrative or similar Clerical role
- Proficient in MS Office Competency in using MS Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint, ERP software like SAP, Oracle.
- Familiarity with basic research methods & reporting techniques Excellent organizational &
time-management skills. - Proficient in English (Written & Oral) With background in Accounting preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Able to assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from employees and clients in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documentation.
