Carpenter Retail & Property Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in accounting principles and financial management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional license required; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Record all income, expenses, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and overall financial stability.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Supervise the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and accurate customer billing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate management reports and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Present financial data and insights to senior management for strategic guidance.
