Triple J Marshall Inc. is seeking an experienced Wholesale/Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and wholesale distribution activities. The successful candidate will ensure efficient storage, stock control, order fulfillment, and timely delivery while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse, wholesale, logistics, or inventory management, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
- Willing to work in the Marshall Islands and other assignments within Greater Micronesia if required.
- Willing to sign a two (2)-year employment contract.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse and wholesale operations.
- Manage the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate customer fulfillment.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of products to minimize damage, spoilage, and inventory loss.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Prepare inventory, warehouse performance, and operational reports for management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and quality standards.
