Refreshment Trading Co. is seeking skilled and experienced AC Technicians for deployment to Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining refrigeration and air-conditioning systems while ensuring efficient equipment performance and excellent customer support.

AC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in HVAC or commercial refrigeration systems.
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in related fields.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; HVAC or refrigeration vocational/trade certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold drink equipment, and air-conditioning systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Experience in servicing coolers, vending machines, and facility AC systems is an advantage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, and work in varied temperature conditions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain cold drink equipment including coolers and vending machines, as well as facility AC systems.
• Install and set up new refrigeration equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with store managers and provide quick and effective technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Report recurring technical issues and recommend improvements when necessary.
