Plumbing Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping installations, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience in supervising plumbers and apprentices in construction or industrial environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, technical specifications, and building plans.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and project timelines effectively.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in construction or project environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, and supervise plumbers and apprentices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of plumbing personnel.
  • Oversee plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure work is completed within budget and according to quality standards and project specifications.
  • Inspect job sites and verify compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management teams regarding project progress and requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure all plumbing systems pass required testing and inspections.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of tools, equipment, and work areas.
