Prima International is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join its food manufacturing production facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial food manufacturing, bakery production, or consumable goods factories, with strong knowledge of machine operations, sanitation practices, and production efficiency.
Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in industrial food manufacturing, bakery production, or food consumable goods factories.
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in a related field.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and food safety standards.
- Physically fit and capable of working in cold production environments.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime based on production schedules.
- Basic understanding of chemical safety and proper PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with Tortilla, Rondo, Ciabatta, or Smart Line production systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Gardenia or other food manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Strong focus on operational efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food manufacturing production machines and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure maximum line efficiency and yield generation through hourly monitoring.
- Control production wastage and support continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and facilitate weekly machine maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production lines together with cleaning staff.
- Minimize machine changeover downtime to maximize production output.
- Follow food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Handle manual cleaning tasks and maintain safe use of chemicals and PPE.
- Work in cold production environments and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Adhere to company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.
