Carpenter Retail & Property Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and achieve business goals.

Store Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or store management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Target-driven with a strong sales and performance mindset.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS operations, and retail software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, customer traffic, and market share.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Analyze sales trends and report results to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and promote a positive shopping experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
