Australian Skilled Migration is seeking a highly skilled Auto Technician to join automotive dealership operations in Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with modern vehicle systems, particularly with brands such as BYD, Kia, or Hyundai, and be capable of delivering high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services.
AUTO TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Auto Technician in a dealership setting.
- Experience working with BYD, Kia, or Hyundai vehicles is required.
- Must have no more than a 1-year employment gap (if currently unemployed).
- At least 1 year in college or completion of a 1-year vocational course.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Coordinate with service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow workplace safety policies and procedures at all times.
