SERVICE CREW

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables or service counter.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Handle cash register operations and manage financial transactions.
• Perform basic cleaning and sanitation tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient service.
