Electric Vehicle Electrician/Technician

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in electric or hybrid vehicle maintenance and repair is required.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must be a Certified EV Technician (international certifications preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Must have a Certificate of Employment and relevant Training Certificates.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Battery Management Systems (BMS), inverters, and charging systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Work with CAN bus networks, diagnostic software, and over-the-air (OTA) updates.
• Inspect and repair complex electrical and electronic issues in EV and hybrid vehicles using specialized diagnostic tools.
• Interpret fault codes related to lithium-ion batteries, electric motors, and inverters.
• Repair or replace specialized EV/HV components, such as DC-DC converters and onboard chargers.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks follow safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate diagnostic and repair records.
