Tig Welder & Performance Car Fabricator (Mechanic)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of working experience in automotive fabrication and welding is required.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Specialization required in TIG Welding, Performance Car Fabrication, and Automotive Mechanics.
• Must have at least a Certificate of Employment and Training / TESDA Certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive exhaust systems or high-performance parts fabrication.
• Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel (304/321) and aluminum pipes (intercooler piping).
• Experience in manufacturing fully customized exhaust systems from scratch.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing high-performance systems or racing cars.
• Experience in manufacturing turbo manifolds and working with high-temperature applications.
• Knowledge of turbocharger systems and exhaust flow dynamics.
• Experience working on modified and high-performance vehicles.
• First time to work in a GCC country is preferred.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding with clean and consistent welds.
• Cut, notch, shape, and precisely fit pipes for custom automotive fabrication.
• Fabricate and install custom exhaust systems using mandrel bends and pie-cut techniques.
• Perform V-band fitting, alignment, and flange welding.
• Apply knowledge of heat expansion and stress relief when fabricating high-temperature components.
• Ensure high attention to detail in fabrication and component fitting.
• Work independently and efficiently to complete projects and meet deadlines.
• Assist in building and modifying high-performance and racing vehicles.
