Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience as a florist is required.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must be fluent in English and have a pleasing personality.
• Must have at least a Certificate of Employment or TESDA / Training Certificate (NC II).
• First time to work in a GCC country is preferred.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Artistry: Create custom floral arrangements using fresh, dried, or silk flowers, foliage, and decorative accessories.
• Floral Care: Process flower shipments, cut stems, change water, and prune flowers to ensure freshness and longevity.
• Customer Service: Assist and advise clients on flower selection, color combinations, and arrangements suitable for various occasions and budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and floral displays.
• Ensure all floral products meet quality and presentation standards before delivery or display.
