Tractor Driver
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of crop production (an advantage).
- Reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and resilience to weather conditions.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on agricultural equipment.
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, primarily tractors, along with other crop-production equipment.
- Perform agricultural tasks according to the production plan (e.g., plowing, sowing, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting).
- Conduct basic machinery care, including routine maintenance, condition checks, and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with the farm team in planning and executing agricultural operations.
- Work not only as a tractor operator but also as a general farm worker in crop production.
