PEST CONTROL OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in pest control or similar role
  • Knowledge of FSMS, IPM, and safety protocols
  • Strong communication and recordkeeping skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and implement pest control measuresPromote integrated pest management (IPM) with minimal chemical use
  • Apply treatments per ISO 22000, FSSC, and regulatory standards
  • Train staff on pest prevention methods
  • Maintain detailed service and treatment records
  • Ensure safe pesticide handling and application
  • Support audits and compliance with HSE and cybersecurity policies
  • Coordinate with service providers and respond to pest-related issues
