Sales Executive Representative
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
- Customer service qualification is desirable.
- Ideally 3 years customer facing relevant experience however candidates with 1 year experience may be considered.
- Previous experience of using cash register and cash handling.
- Advance level English.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all customer visiting any of the trading locations, receive the highest customer service possible, and that all goods, within the store are merchandised in a manner that creates a positive of the stores to our customers and visitor.
- Adhere to the attendance policy set by BDFC.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance record.
- Deliver exceptional standards of customer service, surpassing customer expectations at all times, by engaging with customers and providing a professional, attentive and speedy service.
- Process all sales transactions at the register swiftly, accurately and in line with BDFC policies and procedures.
- Handles customers inquiries and complaints professionally and where this cannot be achieved forward all the inquiries to the relevant Supervisor/Operations Manager.
- Proactively support and assist other Sales Executives as needed to meet team goals.
- Meet/Exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the BDFC.
- Constantly drive and maximize sales, always approach and engage customers and look for opportunities to link sell, substitute and cross sell.
- Assist the operations team, when required to do so, in the receiving of products from logistics.
- Ensuring that all shelves are fully and correctly always merchandised.
- Ensure that all items have adequate and accurate ticketing.
- Ensure all promotional signages are correctly positioned.
- Ensure that Shop and Shelves are always maintained cleaned.
- Be aware of potential for theft within the store.
- Remain vigilant at all times and report any suspicious activity noted to Security immediately.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
