MACHINE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Experience as machine operator for a minimum of 3 years.
- Experience within a food manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
- Driven by efficiency not only by production volume
- Hands-on experience operating the following machines:
- DSI (water jet cutting machine)
- ISHIDA ( multi head weigher machine)
- Formax / REVO ( forming machine)
- Breaded lines
- Franks fillers and linking machine.
- Tiromat ( thermoforming packing machine)
- Chub master (minced meat filling machine)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate assigned machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality.
- Conduct routine checks, measurements, and inspections of produced items.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products as required.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on machine issues and report malfunctions to maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of machine area and follow 5S standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
- Participate in regular preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist in machine changeovers and setup for new product runs.
