Are you an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in accurately assessing project costs and delivering competitive bids? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to join our team. If you have proven expertise in construction estimating, a solid understanding of Australian building codes and standards, and the ability to analyze complex plans and specifications, we want to hear from you!

Construction Estimator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Construction Estimator
• Must be a Female aged 30 – 35 Years Old
• Accurately review building plans, specifications, and reports to prepare materials and labour orders
• Ensure all work meets building codes, Australian Standards, and manufacturer guidelines
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep deliveries on time and issues resolved
• Work closely with Construction Supervisors to adjust costs, labour, and timelines as projects change
• Provide clear cost estimates, expenditure reports, and schedule updates to guide management decisions
• Track costs and delivery performance to ensure every dollar is well spent.
• Maintain accurate cost and scheduling systems for seamless project monitoring Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle
